This webinar shows how CallMyDoc can be used after hours and during the day.
After hours, it has an app that allows the provider on call to see who is calling them and why, to see a summary of the patient's chart, and to call the patient back with one button or have the app call the patient back. The entire call is documented on the patient's chart.
During the day, CallMyDoc can be used for call overflow. If a live person cannot answer the phone or the phone is busy, CallMyDoc will answer the call, and transcribe the patient's request into one of 12 categories, and automatically send a task to the right staff to handle it.
